Out of the comfort zone

Hi everyone!
How many times did it happened to you that you wanted to purchase or wear something and you feel like it looks good and that it doesn't in the same time?
Well that actually happens to me very often.
For today's post I wanted to talk about stepping out of your comfort zone.I know that it sounds maybe easy but it actually isn't and it can turn out to be the best and the worst thing that you ever did.
When it comes to fashion,here are some tips :
- 2-3 "statement" pieces : I would say that the key is to wear 2-3 "statement" pieces,something that you wouldn't usually wear together or wear at all.
- Details : If you have a colour that you usually don't wear or wear rearily,go for it,grab it and try to incorporate the colour in your outfit.Also you can do the same with the cut,shape and all other details in your outfit.
- Don't feel it completely? It's perfectly fine! : If you don't feel like you are ready to go completely out of your comfort zone it's perfectly fine! You can go out just a little bit,with maybe 1-2 "statement" pieces that you find a little bit different from what you would usually wear.Remember,you know how much you are stuck in your comfort zone so you know how ready you are to go out of it.
- Don't overdo it! : I would give all of you out there an advice,don't push it way too much.When I say that,I mean don't wear way too many "statement" pieces.Try to make a balance in your outfit,so for example if you have 2-3 "statement" pieces incorporated in your outfit,try to make the rest of the things you are wearing more subtle.
I decided to go out of my comfort zone with a little help from AMICLUBWEAR store.While trying to find what I would like to purchase from their store I ran across these beautiful OLIVE CROSS STRAP CHUNKY HEELS.I hesitated while ordering them but when they arrived I fell in love with them.These heels are super unusual and they are a piece I wouldn't usually even order.They are very comfortable and such a "statement" piece.To get that 2nd "statement" piece incorporated in my outfit,I wore SHEIN BLOUSE which is little bit oversized and because of that not a piece I would usually wear.The rest of the outfit is more subtle and I decided to add a pop of jewelry by wearing one of DRESSLILY rings (there are 8 of them but I only felt that this one goes nicely with my outfit).

The shoes really makes this outfit pop! I love the muted tones of the shoes, and it definitely is a statement. I agree that wearing things that puts you out of your comfort zone is a good thing to practice. It's good to start with integrating small things, then wearing more and more that are different. Who knows? You might find new staples for you closet. That's definitely happened to me!
